Actually Nordies is the best sale at 40% markdown.

It just depends on whether you get them tax free or not. And the selections. Bloomies I get no tax but the selections are not great! I did find a black flap with tweed fringe...

Some of the shoes was marked down with higher discount.. so I am thinking the % is different from shoes to shoes.

It may be different from department to department i.e. shoes vs. handbags vs. RTW but Chanel controls the sale percentage not the stores so it should be consistent.
