  1. Hi Ladies,

My Husband bought a Hermes watch few years ago at Saks and recently the long arm on the watch broke. We went to Hermes stores yesterday and asked about the repair. The CS said the warranty is for 3 years but we had it for 5 years I believe. Do you think we should go back to Saks and have them repair it or Hermes? I would think the price of the watch we pay for, they should be able to fix it for free. Thoughts? Arggh...I hate when expensive things break *sigh*

  2. I think it won't matter where you bring in to Saks or hermes. I think Saks will just send it to hermes anyway and you will have to pay for it.
