Saks Fifth Avenue Return Policy?

Hi everyone,

I purchased an item from an Louis Vuitton store that is inside Saks Fifth Avenue. I was wondering what the return/exchange policy is with a LV store thats inside Saks? I haven't used the item but I decided it wasn't for me.

I'm in Canada and I looked at their website and it said 30 days for full refund/exchange but I know at the LV free standing store it's 14 days for full refund. Does anyone know what the policy is?

I contacted LV but just posting on here to see if anyone could give me a quicker response. Trying to decide if I can take the item back or if I should post it for sale in a Facebook group.
