Saint Laurent Repair Process/Policy

If the bag is purchased from Farfetch/My Theresa/Matches Fashion etc. and not directly from Saint Laurent, will Saint Laurent repair the bag? How long is the warranty and does it apply to these items?

I might be able to get 10% off from FF but wondering about the repair process.

I'm sorry but I am unable to directly answer your question.

The only information I know is that earlier this year I asked my YSL SA about bag repairs and she said:

Bags bought from flagship/boutique stores, and brick & mortar stores (ie. Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, etc.) will be covered for repairs. Repairs are free for the first 2 years. After that, they will take it in for repairs but there will be a fee.

But I have no idea about online purchases from 3rd parties. She didn't mention them but I did not ask either.
