Sagging Speedy 30

i just cut out the top of a shoebox and put it in
perfect size for a 30!!
IMO i think the saggy look goes better with bigger sizes

Sometimes I put a magazine in my speedy, sometimes I just leave it as it is and let it sag a bit, but most often I put a certain big scarf in and my other stuff on it. I think this looks the best. The scarf I have is an old one, I don't wear it anymore, but I keep it for this. It fills the bag just enough to prevent it from sagging too bad, but doesn't still look stiff. It is quite lightweight, so the bag doesn't get too heavy.

I bought mine speedy base shaper with side pockets off eBay. Like this one. Here is the photo of what it looks like while is in and the look on the outside. I have one for my Damier 30 and one for be Epi 25. Althought, I think it works better for the Canvas than the Epi.

I think the sagging actually looks nice on a Speedy 30. Not for the other sizes tho ... just my opinion.

i think magazines are too heavy and carboard looks yucky inside. i got one of those base things on ebay. they make different colors depending on the speedy. mine is red to match my damier speedy.

IMHO the speedy is meant to be saggy and it looks fake when its not. I dont understand why people buy speedies if they dont like the sag.

I think the sag is tres chic! Especially on the larger speedy 35's....

Try a purse insert that provide some base support but no hard edges, such as Purse-To-Go or Chameleon...

You can use a bag shaper (a piece of cardboard) or a bag organizer although with the bag organizer it can sag a lil bit.

Buy a purse organizer don't use a base shaper i heard over time your four corner piping will get messed up!

my monogram canvas speedy 30 will be arriving soon and i've heard and seen that these bags sag. is there anything i can do to it or put in it to keep it from sagging?

You can also buy a base shaper specifically for speedy on eBay. Just go search 'speedy # base shaper' should be $15-20. But I just got a 2mm thick cardboards and sew a bag for the cardboards. You can buy different types of material and cardboards at craft store.
