Safilo customer service is awesome!

I sent in a pair of my favorite Dior sunglasses (nearly 2 years old!) for service to Safilo USA. They were missing screws and some rhinestones. You are required to pay $15 as a fee for evaluating them. But what a bargain...Safilo is actually sending me a brand new pair!! They called saying the specific color I had was no longer available but offered me the color choice on a brand new pair... I am so impressed that I will continue purchasing from them. Now THAT's great customer service!!!
