I just saw one at Zappos. I don't know how long this link will hold, but the bag has been on their site for a week: http://www.zappos.com/michael-michael-kors-hamilton-east-west-satchel-luggage~1 . It's selling at the non-discounted, standard price of $298, so I'm pretty sure it's the medium size. The lock and chain are definitely silver.

The bag comes in two colors: brown (Luggage, I think) and black. It doesn't specify that the leather is Saffiano, but I zoomed the screen and it looked "textured" to me. Of course, with Zappos free ship/free return policy, you can always buy & try!
