Hey everyone!!

I've had this particular Hamilton since last spring. Did not carry it over the summer but pulled it out this past week and noticed its lost so much structure. It's wavy especially on the back. When I carry it it looks so out of shape.

I'm super careful with my bags. Always keep them nicely stuffed and in their dust bags when I'm not using them.

I pulled out some of my other bags and two of my Selmas are like this too. I do use them more often but I take just as good care of them.

The structure is one of my favorite things about these bags. Is this normal??ImageUploadedByPurseForum1445612792.066749.jpgImageUploadedByPurseForum1445612810.289521.jpg

Any kind of leather is going to soften over time, even saffiano. It's leather! I personally think it gives it character and takes nothing away from the bag. Perhaps one day they will make bags out of steel or some kind of metal that will stay stiff as a box , unlike leather that softens with age and use.Your bag is still beautiful!

I agree with CinthiaZ. Saffiano leather will soften over time. My saffiano Hamiltons aren't as slouchy as yours, though, yet. Although, I do like that they aren't as stiff as when I bought them. I'm actually liking the little bit of slouch and softness they have acquired over time. Also, for some reason, I'm finding my Hamilton totes seem to be lighter to carry, as well. My Hamiltons, even when full, feel lighter to carry than my Selmas. My Selmas are definitely stiffer.

+1 I agree. They will soften with time.
