Wow, never knew about the hairdryer trick... wish I knew about it before I listed some of my bags on ebay!

I don't see anything wrong with the bag, use the hairdryer and hopefully that will work.

In all honesty.... The hair dryer won't do much. It has helped me smooth out a line/crease or 2 in leather but other than that it dosn't work miracles.

On the other hand every pair of shoes I get gets "baptised" in hot air before they get to leave the house on my feet.

The hardware is gorgeous. looks like someone punched or kicked the bag on its side. lol It'll be okay, just needs to be broken in.
