What is the shipping rate to the US/Canada?

Anyone had it shipped to Canada? Did you get charged duty? Did those of you in the US get charged anything as well?

$50 to Canada as well and nada on the duty.

Email her and she will send you a form to be filled out. It's called a charge send. Basically an electronic signature allowing them to charge your cc. Once that is done email it back to her. Hope this helps.
