Was in one of the boutique stores in Vegas and found a cute cashmere scarf on display, tried it on and asked the SA if they have a new one that I can buy, the SA checked and said another store has three of them and they should have a new one and she will order it for me and FedEx it to my home. Today I got the scarf and it was exactly the one I tried on display since I have a good memory that there was a scratch close to the tag. Sooo mad that the SA lied to me and completely waste my time. The scarf is almost $2,000… I will return it but it’s definitely not the right service to a loyalty customer… need your advice what I can do to escalate this issue, and I still want to buy the scarf but a new one… TIA !!!
