I have only worked with Irene a handful of times, and I haven't gone so far as to establish a wish list with her. I work with my SA in Boston and an SA in Chicago for "wish list" items, but it doesn't hurt to ask while you're in BH. Irene is quite nice, I'm sure she'd be happy to assist.
