Hi everyone I was recently able to track down the zippy black card holder, specifically on Feb 8, i just got it and she's super pretty . I spoke with a SA in NYC and she told me at the beginning she had it at the store, we did the hole transaction thru email for the purchase. Then about 30 minutes later she confirmed that there was a inventory discrepancy and that she no longer have it. Anyways she was able to track down one from other state and then we did another transaction. One which it was the first one got thru apparently and the second one the one that she was able to track down is in temporary hold. Long story short I have 2 of the same transactions but i don't understand why the transaction hasn't dropped and I just confirmed that I have a fedex overnight package from Las Vegas from the Encore hotel. I know there is a Chanel boutique there to me it seems that they charge me double with out my consent. I call the costumer service and I complaint about this. Anyone who I believe have a credit card information for future holds and purchases should at least informed you about a transaction before processing.

And to make things worse I won’t be home until next Thursday and my house will be alone with a package outside which it could potentially get stolen by some one I am just really upset that they just don’t communicate better between SA and that they charge my card without my consent. So stress out time consuming

Sorry to hear that. I believe you can contact your SA for this issue and even if they refunded, it may take several days before it reflects on your credit card transaction. And if your SA is not able to help, contact your credit card company and explain the issue. I’m sure this will get fixed. :)

If you're able to get in touch with customer service to reach out to the boutique, the boutique should be able to call FedEx and have the package redirected back to them. This would need to be done right away since it's an overnight shipment. They can then process the refund on your credit card. Hope you get this resolved.

Hello...Thats exactly what i did but since it takes 24h to 48h for Chanel to contact the SA they couldn't really do anything since it is an overnight package. I already reported this thru my bank. I am not home, and from what I understand because i call fedex trying to fix this they are not doing the signature require thing because of covid they are not exposing they employees, the funny thing is that now that I think about it when I receive my zippy this week they guy didnt even knock the door he just pretty much left it at my door, I was aware of the of this package and got it right away, but for this second package coming I am not taking responsibility since the SA that I spoke to didnt communicate and voided my first transaction is really a messy situation.

I am really annoyed about the fact that the SA from where I purchase my zippy hasn't reach out to me I have not heard from them and I am just really pissed about her not doing anything the last thing she send me was a text saying that she will do my best to re-route it and it was saturday. Is Monday already and I am not home until tomorrow night and in MI is a huge snow storm now apparently. I am really worried that I am going to loose my money over her lack of communication with not doing the right thing since the beginning

Don’t worry. Even it’s got stolen ur credit card will cover it if u report it to the police.
I don't think you need to report anything to the police if you tell the cc co that you are disputing the charge because you did not order or get the item. A disputed charge will cause the cc co to reach out to chanel and that will get them off their butts.
