Travel Russia - Anyone been there?

I will visit Russia in the beginning of September, will be in Kursk (my home city) and Moscow.

I'm going to Russia over Christmas.
Spending a week in total half in Moscow half in St Petersburg.
Very excited.

I have been to Moscow and St Petersburg. Really good memories, especially from Moscow. People dont speak English well but they are helpful in general. Public transport is great, would recommend metro instead of car, traffic jams are unbearable.
Women were really stylish and beautiful.
I would recommend the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center in Moscow. There is also a nice synagogue and kosher restauranr nearby.

I love Russia!! I’m here right now in Moscow I even bring my children we are learning the language and enjoying everything here I’ve noticed people are very emotional and blunt here but ultimately friendly and helpful very talkative you will love it here there is so much rich culture

God that looks gorgeous! Going to Russia next week so I thought I'd stop by this thread and see what TPFers have to say about the place. 3 days in St Petersburg, then we're taking a Sapsan to Moscow where we'll be spending another 3 days.
