Ruelala and Gilt, what's the deal?

Are they legit and selling authentic stuffs? Anyone can share the experience? And why are they selling brands with much lesser price, are they a returned from someone else or past season? Some of the items I never seen them on other site or shop before.

I was just about to make a post here about Gilt. I didn't see a thread and was wondering if people still shop there. Yes they are legit. They have been around for years. I buy from them all of the time. Most of their stuff is new. If it is pre-owned then there will be a disclaimer letting you know. I haven't bought a bag from them in a good while but I've bought several pairs of shoes and lots of clothing. They have great deals.

They seem like a close-out or dead stock site depending on the day and have looong shipping windows like Jomashop. I've never bought from them but have heard their customer service is hard to contact if you have an issue. I'll continue to stay away tho.

Same here, I have nothing bad to say about the service or the products I've received from Gilt/RLL (they seem to be interchangeable and I have received some Gilt shipments in RLL branded mailers).

The clothing, accessories, and perfume I have ordered from Gilt.com have all been authentic and arrived much faster than the estimated date. While ordering it will often say to allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery but all items I've ordered shipped within a couple of days and arrived to me in about 4-5 days. I did have one issue with a "final sale" perfume that appeared to have a faulty nozzle/sprayer (despite it being in its original manufacturer packaging), and I contacted their CS and they allowed an easy return/refund despite it technically being final sale.

Also....When concerts and such were still a thing, pre-2020, I ordered some VIP-type tickets (included food/drinks, a skybox, etc.) via Gilt City and the experience was great as well. When I was still into subscription boxes, I remember Gilt City also sold past-season PopSugar boxes at a discount, and nothing was wrong with those items I ordered either.
