So sorry that you had a bad experience! I don't understand why they refused to change it :sad:
Í'd think at least if it was returned within a week the shipment arrived to you with the plastic still on, I don't think it's reasonable for them to doubt you :sad:.

The first and only time I exchanged something 'defective' was my riveting pochette where the front zipper area frayed after 2-3 weeks of use and the store manager still changed it for me.
