Rude comments about my LV's!!

If it's not for the safety issue, then he's probably the kind of person who cares what others say/think. But guess what? I think it's just in his head. How on earth can he actually know what others would say/think? Just ignore the comment! It's your bag; wear it whenever and wherever you like.
 
Maybe you should ask him if in his opinion people shouldn't drive nice cars in this place either. In my experience, that sort of people would never dream of criticising anyone for driving a luxury car.

It usually means they were really annoyed/angry/disgusted -- it's an abbreviation for being "pissed off." That's the usual meaning, unless you're Australian, in which case it can also mean "I had so much to drink I didn't really know what I was doing," which comes from the expression "as pissed as a parrot." But on this forum you can safely take it to mean "really annoyed."
