Rounded Top Hang Tags?

I'm shopping around for a hang tag and noticed that many on feebay have rounded tops. Did Coach, or do they make them like this now or are those ones fake? In the photo the 1st one I know is real, the second looks identical with exception of the round top. At first I thought maybe the round ones are for small accessories, but I look at mine and all the hangtags are not round on top.

Interesting you post this. I was just going through the "post pictures of your wristlets" thread (coach reference library) and I saw a lot of the wristlets had the type in the second photo that you posted.

wow.. i never noticed that. but i just went to go look thru all my bags and accessories, i found rounder tags (2nd pic) on 4 wristlets (all mff, and bought ~2006-2009) and on 1 mff bag (~2005). my more recent mff accessory purchases (2010) all have the other hangtag like the one in the first pic.

so maybe it's just an older style thing? I don't have any older FP bags to compare hang tags with...

just checked my kristin hobo and matching wristlet they have the 1st style hangtag, but my leather diaperbag worktote has the 2nd style hangtag.
