Rose gold or yellow gold? Perlee pendant

Hello
I need help deciding on yellow gold or rose gold for Perlee pendant.
Which one would you get??
I liked rose gold in store but didn’t get to try on yellow gold.. and I feel like rose gold might not pop as much as yellow gold? Even in these pics I feel like rose gold doesn’t stand out as much….. what do you think?

I personally love similar designs (ie the Perlee clover bangle bracelet and sweet clover rings) in RG, but what looks best on you vs. me vs. the model pictures on the website are all different things. I would suggest visiting the boutique again and taking a look at some of the other Perlee clover pieces (ie bracelets or ring) in person to compare metals. Both are pretty, so it is more personal preference.

It really depends on personal preference and your skin tone which will stand out most on you.

+1 with @citykitty24 and @A bottle of Red : if they don’t have the YG pendant then try on the ring / bangle / earring in Perlee collection to get an idea on your skin. I myself also prefer RG on my skin but in perlee collection I prefer surprisingly the YG (POG and 5 row bangle )

You have already received great advice here. Will just add that apart from personal preference and skin tone, it also depends on whether you want the jewelry to pop or quietly blend in.

I mostly like jewelry that blends in elegantly so RG is my choice most days but I do reach out for YG and WG when I want to make more of a statement. In my opinion blending in is not a bad thing. To me it reads subtle, elegant and in a way ‘quiet’ luxury.

I wear the RG perlee everyday. I suppose the disadvantage with RG is that it may discolour over time, depending on skin chemistry. YG won’t. My personal preference is the RG actually and lots of people will tell you about skin tone and undertone- honestly, with something as small as a pendant I can’t see the difference.

—what you are hoping to achieve aesthetically with the piece. Do you want it to blend in or stand out?
