Rose Gold CDC or Cape Cod watch for Valentine's gift?

As Valentine's Day is approaching, my DH offers me either one: Rose gold CDC or Cape Cod watch. I'd love to hear your suggestion... I like both but I can only get one now.. The third option will be Cartier love bracelet... Since I'm totally in love with H now, I think I'll pick from RG CDC or CC watch Thanks so much for your precious time and have a great weekend!
