Trying to decide on a 35mm or 40 mm preloved Yachtmaster in SS/Platinum. I have a 6" wrist. I currently have a 36mm Datejust which perfect. Leaning towards 40mm, but worried that "lug overhang" might be a bit much. Thoughts and photos much appreciated! Thank you!

I would go with a 40mm. My wrist is 5.5” and I wear a 40mm Daytona.

I think 35mm is not big enough to make a statement and I like for watches to make a statement.

Good luck!

I know a place in monaco that can give a nice discount if you’re not bothered about doing mail-order.

I’ve had discussions with them about the verywatchyou are considering and a Batman gmt but never bought from them .
Reply if you’re interested and I’ll go through my emails for contact details .

I have a 6 in wtist as well and 40mm looks ridiculous. Definitely go for 35. If the lugs hang beyond the wrist, then it’s too big. 35 will still make a great yet tasteful statement and should be more comfortable to wear as well.
