I'm planning on purchasing a men's Rolex for myself...probably Air King or date model SS. I like the pink (really more salmon but Rolex calls it pink) dial but I'm having trouble finding one. I'm trying to narrow my choice down so that if I find a deal, I'll know what's acceptable for me. I like the salmon and think it's very neutral and a bit more unique. But I also like blue. I was looking at watches yesterday at a jewerly store and another customer told me how much she loved her blue dial Rolex. She said she has worn it every day since she got it two years ago.
I know white is the safe choice but I'm having trouble getting excited over white. I'm currently wearing a silver dial so want a change from that color.
So you ladies who have blue or pink dials, do you love them after a couple of years? do they go with everything?
thanks

I have one with a pink dial. I generally don't wear pink at all, but I just really liked that dial tone, it looked good against my skin and I though I'd just go with it and change it later it I want to.
I bought it 4 years ago and still love it.

Another vote for the salmon dial. A few years ago, I was in a similar situation. I was torn between the blue and salmon dial. I ended up getting the salmon in SS because it matched my skin tone more.

I think that's where I'm leaning too Karen. A few SAs have told me the salmon goes with my skin tone. Now if I can just find one.

You won't regret it! The salmon dial is a great neutral and over the years I find it pairs well with formal and casual wear. I loved the pink tone so much that with my recent Rolex watch I went with a RG dial and two tone bracelet.

I did not know the salmon dial is hard to find nowadays! I wonder if it's because it is very popular or if Rolex is limiting production? I really hope they continue to keep it in their collection!

I've seen the salmon dial in the date model and in womens size. But I really don't want the date and I haven't been able to find one without that feature. I don't know what to think. I've been told by one SA that it's kind of a speciality color ....not that popular so they don't order it as much. Another SA told me whenever they get them, they sell easily.

I know that the salmon colour dial is not very popular in the UK, maybe it would be more popular if it was more pink instead of salmon that's why I went for the pink flower dial but the flower dial is not for everyone & not everyone likes it but you have to get the one you like whether its popular or not.

Designerdiva, that pink flower dial is very pretty but for me the salmon color is more neutral and goes with my coloring.
