Rolex Oyster Perpetual 34mm: black or navy?

My SA called and told me they got a Oyster Perpetual in navy! I was waiting for one in black now I can't decide! Which one do you prefer? Which is more versatile? Which is more classic?

I like both, but I would go for the black because I think it could be dressed up or down. To me the navy would be more casual.

I like both....the black might be a bit more versatile but I've always liked the blue

Adore both, black is certainly more classic but I am an absolute sucker for those colour faces, vintage or new, so I would choose navy.

I have a 31M in black. Love it! I really wanted the blue but it did not come in the 31M size. I think I think I would go with the blue.

This! ^ I am wanting that two tone explorer with black dial too. I have the blue OP 34 and I love it. I say blue too!

Love the navy...that’ll be my next watch with fluted and diamond markers if I can track one down. It’s a casual watch anyway so I wouldn’t worry about black being more more versitile. I would never wear that watch for any dressy evening event.
