rolex datejust 2 tone with diamond dials or cartier Panther 18 k with diamond bezel

Hello,
I am looking for a watch. I already have cartier two tone tank francais
and chanel J12.
Will you pick rolex datejust two tone (gold and steel )with diamond dial or Cartier Cartier Ladies 18k YG Panther Factory Diamond Bezel? I am thinking of getting a used one but in 2000s. The prices are very similar The rolex is about 4000 and cartier is 5500.
Rolex is a better watch, but is not all gold, but cartier is all gold and look nicer. please share your experiences and thoughts.
