Hi all! Posted this in the wrong thread so reposting here - thanks everyone for your comments so far :) have a 31mm blue dial, SS, fluted/jubilee available for purchase if I would like. I put myself on a list for this watch, as well as the same version with a white face, and received a call for this one.
I tried it on and it's beautiful. It feels a bit more "special" to me than the white dial, but I would love to hear from anyone who has a Rolex with a blue face - does it go with everything? Any regrets? Is it feminine enough for more dressy outfits? My usual style is VERY casual - jeans would be on the dressed-up side for me ;)

I don't have one of these but for me I think it would go with everything....I wear a lot of black and blue

I love it. I do have the 31mm watch with these specs with the white dial, which to me is perfect and a forever look. The blue is great!
By the way, the white is in fact "special": the Rolex white dial is considered especially good-looking and high quality because it's enamel, like their high-end sport models.

I just got a white dial watch (not rolex) with romans and it's so easy to read. I know most of us tend to think more about which dial is prettier but there is also function. a watch is intended to tell the time

This blue dial was my second choice when I was shopping for my Rolex. I ended up going for the same thing with the white face and Roman numerals. Still longing for the blue though, maybe with diamond markers?

I love the blue with diamonds. The blue was initially my second choice as well but it may be more "me" than the white - though I love the white as well... Mostly worried because my style is already quite "sporty" that the slight masculine edge it gives off will be a little bit too masculine?

I am probably overthinking it ;)

For me I find the jubilee bracelet and fluted bezel more flashy than a smooth bezel and oyster bracelet. I'll wear a blue dial with anything but when the jubilee and fluted bezel catches the light, it really dances and shines and makes it more dressy. I don't wear mine everyday because of this. If I had an OP, I would be wear that daily regardless of dial colour.

I went through the same overthinking process, took lots of pictures and kept looking back at them. The fluted bezel and Jubilee bracelet give it a certain pizazz. It's really something when you see it on your wrist.

If you're not sure, hold off. This style will be around for a while. If it's all you think about, and you have the funds for it, go for it!

I personally love the jubilee/fluted combination, so that is a must-have for me. It's a bit flashy but I love it.

I used to want a neutral dial (grey, white, black) but now that I have a coloured dial (mint green) I really appreciate that pop of colour. I used to be worried about matching my outfit and watch but I find it matches with almost everything I wear and I worry less and less about the coloured dial. I would go with the blue ☺️

I have the OP 36 blue dial domed oyster and it goes with everything. You will absolutely love it and it’s a Rolex! My DJ 36 green palm dial fluted with jubilee does tend to look fancier so i usually wear that at night and green is harder to wear daily. The blue is very versatile, even looking black sometimes, depends how the lighting is or angle from wear your looking at.
