I’m seriously considering the rogue tote available in the current sale. Anyone who owns this bag can you give me your feedback please? The good, the bad and the ugly.... thanks [emoji3]
Which one are you thinking of? I have it in the light grey, black with chain links and the Rexy one they had but no longer see on the sale. I'm contemplating the blue one with tea roses or even thinking of the plain 1941 saddle one which is a great price. I'm not much on the link ones with contrasting colors. I love my black one and the grey. Haven't carried the Rexy one yet as it is a little larger than I need to go to the office. I only carry mine to work which isn't many days a week (work at home a lot) and it seems to be pretty durable! I am not hard on my bags, though. I haven't thought of using them for a purse. I think they are too wide open for my taste for an every day bag. It has a clip to close it but still too open for me. It falls off your passenger seat and everything would spill out!

How do you plan to carry it? I bought mine to use specifically during the fall/winter when I have to bring scarfs, hats and gloves. We're just now getting cold here and I haven't used it for that purpose. I did carry it once to get a feel for it. I felt like I needed a purse organizer since I don't carry a lot and didn't have all the extras I mentioned before to fill it up. I don't carry a laptop or transport paperwork so it's not a true "work tote" for me. I had to justify getting it and luckily I was able to get it with a discount. Honestly (for me) I think a Market Tote would have worked just fine for my purposes and a lot cheaper. I carried it by the long straps - the short handles fold in so they're not in the way. I had to go shopping with it that day and it was not ideal for me. It was cumbersome. I usually go for crossbody bags for those type of outings but that wasn't a planned shopping trip. The weight wasn't bad but again it was barely filled.

It really is a nice tote. It just depends on how you use it and how much stuff you carry. Which one are you considering?

I love my tote. I use it as a work tote for items that are too big to fit in a purse. So far it have served me well. I can be tough on bags, but so far it has proven to be pretty durable.

Currently, I've been using the black link tote, but I did recently buy the saddle and black multi-link tote during the sale. I also bought the melon link tote earlier in the year but have not yet had a chance to use it, so not sure if it will have issues with color transfer or durability, but I suspect there won't be any issues.

It really is a great bag.

I have the black linked version.

My only complaint about it is the fact that there are no interior pockets! The attached clutch it comes with does not serve the same purpose for me, as I typically use a pocket like that as a quick access slip pocket for things like my phone and key holder.

Aesthetically, it's perfect.

Storage can be a bit of a pain, as it needs to be fully stuffed so that the weight of the handles doesn't deform the leather by pulling inwards. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of. The store initially tried to sell me a display tote that had these huge pulls/dents in the leather from the handles, so it does happen.

I bought some cheap pillows from Ikea to put in some of my bags and a bed type pillow (not very supportive if using for bedtime) works great in the rogue tote. I clip it shut, too.

I have mine stuffed with air pockets from Amazon deliveries, and then clipped shut with the handles resting on the air pockets. I also have a Samorga in it (the Neverfull MM size), which helps it keep some of its shape. The Samorga also addresses the lack of inner pockets. I don't like cavernous open space in bags, so I have organizers for my totes. I will take a Le Pliage tote shopping without an organizer and use it to hold shopping items that fit inside, but when I use it as my office bag then I always put an organizer in.

I bought this bag to scratch my NF itch. I think I'm moving into regret territory with this one. The drop length is a little longer than I'd like, I don't like how it shows scratches and the handles seem too heavy for it. If I really love my Azur NF this spring/summer, I'll consider getting the Damier Ebene version and then re-home this. Totes that need to remain stuffed take up a lot of my limited closet storage room, and I don't want too many of them.
