I have a rogue 25 on hold with snakeskin handles and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how thiers has held up? Peeling ? Flaking? Any issues I should be aware of? I know some use twillys or another type of scarf for protection. but I was hoping the Snakeskin is stronger than it looks. I'd love some photos of how yours have held up?

I have three with python and one with Croc handles and I have to say that i don't think they wear any worse than anything else. BUT, I change my bags daily and try to take really good car of them. I woudln't recommend you overuse or abuse python especially on handles. But I don't feel like you need to baby it eihter.

Thanks for the recommendation. I had an Amazon gift card burning a hole in my pocket and was in need of a product to use on the snakeskin parts of my dark denim/snakeskin Rogue 36, so I picked this up. It works great.

I have a rogue satchel that has a little peeling, but I think it happened when I got caught in the rain. Also my rouge with croc handles has a teeny tiny tear at one of the handles. But this was after carrying it for like 2 months over the summer.

You seriously have all my favorite bags!!!

I was going to suggest whatever the protector was, but as I don't own it yet, glad it was already mentioned. I do have other (non-Coach) bags which peeled; wondering if using it regularly will help it along, preservation-wise. I always use the shoulder strap if using an exotic-handled bag, but this prob defeats the purpose of them being handles and all...:facepalm:

Haha thanks! :lol:

I actually never use the shoulder straps with my Rogues. I always carry them by the handles. I haven't gotten around to picking up the protector but I definitely will.

I seriously ordered it right after reading that thread! $12!!! Worth our sanity!
PS- just came across your mto thread. Did you have one made? (Or was that the fiasco you posted about when the service had first started? I haven't been online in ages so may be confusing your situation!)

I did order one. never got it- Coach lost the bag somehow and I didn't want to bother re-doing it and re-waiting. So I stalked ebay for a MTO Rogue and the one I wanted popped up but in the regular size and I bought it! It was more than 50% off the price! Brand new with tags on to boot... Actually the original owner is a TPFer...

Wow, how fortuitous!!!

Actually, I JUST called Coach House for the 4/5th time about a bag repair I dropped off in the SUMMER!!! and AGAIN they have not called me back about 'investigating', so I'm betting they lost it. Ridiculous-

OMG! That sounds like what happened to me... I hope they find your bag, otherwise they better give you a new bag for free! That is crazy they need to get together already.... let me know what happens.
