Roberto Coin Tiny Treasures Question

I just purchased the small circle pendant with chain. The pendant does not slide smoothly on the chain. If the clasp gets turned around, it is very difficult to move the pendant along the chain to get the clasp back to the back.

Does anyone else have this problem?

i have several Roberto Coin tiny treasures and no...i dont have that problem...i just know the pendants cant come off the chain which was a little poopy but its okay...

maybe you can take it in and ask your SA?
