Hi ladycornflake nice to see you back, hope all good with you! :ghi5:

To answer your question I have seen this bag IRL - it looks stunning and the colour is gorgeous, its a really rich, dark and shiny RN but it actually looks more like normal patent than wrinkled iykwim? I don't think it's too stiff, but the leather definitely doesn't look the same as the wrinkled patent of the Bays or the small Bays clutch. It's very shiny and it has a very smooth finish, not wrinkled at all IMO.

Not explaining myself v well but I hope that helps you a bit!

No I think that is a good description MF. I struggled myself to see the wrinkles. It's a very vibrant shade LCF and it has the shiny silver disc instead of pale gold. It would be interesting to hear how patent leather stands up to Hobo usage.

I've just bought one and I'm absolutely in love with it  My favourite bag ever - and that's saying something

Originally, I had concerns over whether the slouchy style worked in patent leather but it totally does imo. I wasn't sure about the wrinkled patent but that's what gives it a relaxed feel. I've posted a few RL pics but they don't really do the bag justice. You need to see it instore, minus the stuffing, to really get a feel for it. The first time I saw it, it was (as ever) overstuffed and that really put me off.

The leather isn't stiff at all - it's really soft
