ripped off Banana Republic bag????

Hi everyone !

i think i might have gotten ripped off - does anyone have the BR framed chatham satchel bag from fall 06?

it looks good, but the lining is not BR - nor is their a BR tag on the inside which all of my BR bags have -

i am so angry right now...ugh!

any help would be great
