I hope that the serial numbers of each individual handbag stolen by gangs throughout any of the riots taking place anywhere are included to a list. I hope that this list serves to create a database to help buyers NOT SUPPORT the trade of stolen property. IMHO

I agree. This makes second hand buying even more scary, l definitely don't want any stolen goods, even by mistake.
