Hello
I am new to mk but got hooked just in a few days :smile1: (My first mk is a bedford convertible with the tassle in white)
I am looking now for an everyday bag (bedford is to small for everyday) First I thought about the Hamilton n/s in soft leather and now I am interested in riley too. I would be very happy if I could hear from your experiences. Thanks in advance!

anybody can give me the pro's and con's of the riley please, especially when wearing crossbody (i am not a handheld person, but love the look of handhelds)
I don't own a Riley, but saw one in store. It looks well made and has a center zip compartment if you prefer the extra organization. However, I don't think it looks as good with the shoulder strap as when carried in the hand or on the arm because of where the strap hooks onto the bag. (at the base of the handles) It definitely is more of a handheld satchel. If you really are looking for something to wear on the shoulder, then I would suggest the n/s Hamilton over the Riley.

Thank you very much for your opinion! The Hamilton n/s in soft leather would be also my choice, but unfortunately it is not easy to get mk bags in switzerland, sometimes only just in a few colours and the soft leather Hamilton is sold out, hope there come again more.

The soft leather n/s Hamilton tote is no longer made. Maybe you can find one on eBay.
