Yes that’s the one! Omgosh I hope I don’t have issues >.<Are you referring to the gift card promo? I did this once last year and it took FOREVER, like 10 weeks maybe. I had to call customer service to get my code. They were giving me a big hassle because they wanted to send me a gift card via mail and I whined about it so they finally gave me a code over the phone. And then the item I purchased with the gift card ultimately didn’t fit so when I returned it I had to call again and get another code when my return was finally processed. I’ll never do the promo again tbh, it was such a mess.
They have these promotions all the time. You will get a GC in the mail 8-10 weeks after, when the return window closes on the item you purchased during the promotion. If you don’t get it, call CS and give them your receipt number and date of purchase. Keep your receipt until you get the card.
Exactly. It took 3 months and two phone calls for my last card to come. And of course the expiration date was one week before sale startedNow that they've imposed a 30 day return policy, one would think they'd do better, but they don't.
After having a problem with a gift card from them a few years ago, I stopped buying there. It was just too annoying. But this was too hard to pass up; it was a bag I wanted, a good GC and good ******. I bet many people do forget. Then if the card has a short window of use, you might forget to use it.I sometimes think they hope you'll forget about it. I know I do.
I had no idea it was going to be a pain. This will be my 3rd time contacting them. First response was I would be receiving it on July 4th, that came and went. Then contacted them a 2nd time saying I should be receiving it this week. Tomorrow’s Sunday it’s been a whole week and nothing. I’ll contact them tomorrowI’m still waiting for my gift card promised to me without fail to be emailed to me latest today. It’s maddening. I called them yesterday and insisted I get my GC. It was my third call. The assistant put me on hold for fifteen minutes but when she came back to the phone she said I'd get it by email in 15 minutes and I did. No apology, no nothing, in fact I'd say she was rude.
