I’ve been seeing Ring Concierge ig account in my suggested for a while so decided to take a look. Didn’t realize they also made bracelets and earrings etc. Does anyone own their stuff? I find a lot of it pretty reasonably priced for diamonds and gold etc. Would love some feedback!

I’m specifically thinking to get a mini tennis bracelet.

Not sure if you are still deciding but I have had this bracelet for a few months and love it! I’ve been wearing it daily and was originally hesitant as I read on Pricescope that her pieces are outsourced. This originally made me concerned about quality but it really is a beautiful piece.

Still remains to be seen how it holds up long term but so far it’s been great. I did read some negative feedback about their customer service on Pricescope regarding engagement rings but haven’t had any direct interaction with their CS team myself. I’m not sure if this level of service carries over to their fashion jewelry side as well but those posts do make me a little hesitant to make future purchases, but their pieces really are beautiful and the price is pretty reasonable for gold and diamonds especially during sales.

thank you for your reply and review! The bracelet is beautiful on you as is your wedding set, absolutely stunning! Where did you get your engagement ring if you don’t mind me asking?

so I’ve actually moved on to XIV Karats for my bracelet as they have a wider variety of pieces and long business history that makes me feel comfortable ordering from them. Reviews I’ve seen online also seem positive as has been my correspondence with them so far over email. Also planning to get some stacking rings among other items.

To be honest I would take the reviews on price scope with a grain of salt. I find them very cliquey and herd mentality regarding jewellers they like and the ones they dislike. A lot of them pile on the hate for the jeweller who did my wedding rings and earrings. My experience was extremely positive and yes I get not every single interaction is the same but the way they paint him as the most horrible person ever to deal with is just over the top. So while RC’s CS may have issues, it’s hard to say if that’s the norm or the exception.

Thank you so much! Both rings are from Jangmi Jewelry (local jeweler in NY).

Would love to see your bracelet and stacking rings once you receive them! I’ve seen XIV Karats on Instagram before but haven’t ordered anything before - will need to check them out! The good reviews and your experience with their customer service team seems to be a good sign.

Those are some good points about Pricescope and taking their thoughts with a grain of salt - they are knowledgeable but agreed that there is only a small number of jewelers they recommend!

Hi! Thinking of getting the Mini Diamond Tennis bracelet soon, how is still holding up? Also, can you post a picture of the back of the bracelet? TIA!
