Michael Kors Reviews about Michael Kors Top Zip Totes?

I am looking for medium zip tote that does not slouch. I thought about Coach gallery tote but the breakaway zipper is not funtional for me.

So, I thought about MICHAEL Michael Kors Top Zip Tote that has full zipclosure and more features. I want the dark denim python blue leather one or gold leather ($198). See pics and video at http://www.zappos.com/product/7705025/color/130467

Does anybody own one of these totes?
Does it slouch or structured?

Not exactly the same bag but I just a MK signature fabric tote from Macy's. It is extremely functional. It has 3 compartments with a zipper the middle compartment. The middle compartment if perfect for my ipad. So far it is a great bag!!! HTH a little.
