Has anyone or know of anyone who has reverse their rhinoplasty? Completely get rid of the silicone implant and ear cartilage and just gone back to their old nose? I know it’s not possible to get the same nose completely and doing some research the surgeon needs to reconstruct a similar nose. Please let me know. TIA 😊

There is no such thing as 100% reverse rhino esp if u undergo osteotomy. BUT 1st button can do no silicone rhinoplasty... And hopefully get ur desired pre surgery look. 1st button is reasonable and reliable if you want natural result.

Hi! Did you ever find anyone? I'm having the same issue and desire. I understand I won't be able to ever get back my original nose but close enough works for me and looking for a specialist who can do this.
I haven’t found anyone yet but during my research all advice given was to go back to the orginal doctor who did your rhinoplasty to take out the implant. Some doctor aren’t comfortable removing the implant and not replacing it with something else. If you search implant removal on Google and YouTube there should be some people review on how their implant removal went. You can also try to reach out to some local doctors for advice. I hope you can get what you want! I’m still recovering and haven’t removed my implant yet.
Hi, no update I’m still healing. I may wait til up to a year to decide if I want to remove or get revision. Recovery hasn’t been good so I’m just trying to make sure i heal properly before anymore major decision.Hi, any update? Also trying to return to my pre-op look
