Loving this bag! I thought about gluing the tassels back together but decided to leave it. I love the fringey look of it...so much personality.

BTW, do you guys think I should glue the tassels back? I'm a little torn regarding them. I feel like the bag will look more tidy if I repair them, but I also love the fringey boho "I don't give a damn" vibe that the split tassels give out. LOL. Thoughts?
Also, does anyone know where I can find replacement leather tassels? It doesn't necessarily have to be official Balenciaga tassels as long as they look/feel similar.

I used a combination of Fiebings Edge Kote in Black and Zelikovitz Top Coat in Satin to fix the corners.
For areas where I felt the leather was a little thin, I used Edge Kote to build up the corners, then I finished it off with the Zelikovitz. For areas that were just a little scuffed, I used the Zelikovitz alone. Works like a charm and the finish matches the original leather. [emoji173]️
