It means that twice a year chanel holds private sales in Paris (or outskirts). And that only a few can get access to. I was lucky enough to meet someone who gets the VIP invitation and when she goes I ask her to get me some stuff.
Of course she takes a percentage but I don't mind since the bags really are much cheaper.
They come without tag/hologram/card but I am sure that it is authentic.

This time she brought me back those two sweetie.
I have to say that anything in black is much harder to get since they try and sell stuff which is more of a difficult colour to sell!
