Good morning, I hope everyone has a great day today. I wanted to share my newest acquisition that I received in the mail yesterday. This is the Frye Ilana Hobo in the color Cognac. She is pretty! This leather is so soft and supple, I've only had pieces from the Melissa line but this seems like an entirely different type of leather? The highs and lows are beautiful along a few natural beauty marks of the hide. I'm a sucker for burnishing! To me, there's nothing better than a beautiful leather bag with all of it's natural marks and scars. Does anyone here have any pieces from the Ilana line that can shed some insight on how to best care for it?

It does not have a snap, if I'm honest that thought had crossed my mind. Just because I don't like it pulled real tight because then the draw strings are a lot longer and hang way below the bottom of the bag, and that kind of bugs me.

Here are the mod shots. For reference I’m five ft seven in and a size 10/12. Unfortunately back she goes, she’s just too heavy for me and not as comfortable of a carry.
