I just picked this up last night. I have visited this bag three times at the MK store before I decided to go for it. I love this bag! :girlsigh:

It is my first large Hamilton and I am trying to decide if it looks too big on me? I love the large size on others, so it could be that I just need to get used to the size and let it break in. Sadly, they do not have it in medium. I am going to wait to use it to see if they come in in the medium in their next floor set in a couple weeks. But I am doubtful since the website already shows the fall floor set and the bags that come in both sizes & a slate croc in medium isn't there.

Does anyone have a croc embossed Hamilton? How has it broken in? Any pics?

I just came from seeing this bag. I love the leather but I thought that it was too big for me and I am 5'11'' I may go back and look at it yet another time. It is the perfect gray color and I like the croc pattern. I too wish it was the medium.

^^ I wish it was a tad smaller too. Somewhere in between the medium and large size. The SA brought out one of the other SA's large hamilton that has broken in. It does smoosh down some and look smaller. Just not sure about how the embossed leather will wear. It's just so pretty!

It is so very pretty. I wish that it was somewhere between the medium and the large. I dont know how much embossed leather would give. When I was trying it on it felt like a I was carrying like a shopping bag.

Does anyone have a croc bag that could chime in on weather or not it will smoosh down some. Was the SA's bag embossed leather?

The SA's was not embossed. However, they had a peanut embossed one that had been sitting around the store for a while being handled and then handing up by the short handles. The leather was softer and it looked like it was smooshing down more than the slate one that was brand new.

I think it's gorgeous! I'm 5'2" and I am certain I couldn't pull off the larger size, but I think it looks good on you! I do think it looks better on your arm than your shoulder, since it's so large.

Thanks ladies. I love the bag, but if I'm not going to be comfortable wearing it, I may have to return. I am still thinking about it.

I haven't posted because I've been so undecided!! I'm kinda warming up to the bigger bag thing but it took me a long time. I think it looks good on you, I really do. You were so excited in the first post and I think if you still love it you should keep it. It is a GORGEOUS Hamilton and so perfect for Fall.

How are you feeling about it now?

Thanks Crissy! It is such a gorgous bag. The funny thing is that when I just look at the Hamiltons in the store, I think the large ones look better next to the small. But when I go to carry it around the store, I feel like I am carrying luggage and look silly. Which is odd because I think big bags look good on other people. I think the embossed being a bit stiffer of a leather isn't helping.

I too am warming up to bigger bags, but it is taking time. I do love this bag and I just don't see them coming out with it in medum, which is annoying. Of course I only have 21 days to return, so if they come out with a medium one in a couple months I would be bummed.

As of right now, it's a keeper. I'm not going to use it for a few weeks just in case the medium comes in the next floor set though.

The bag is lovely but IMHO, I think that it looks a tad too big on you. I love big bags and all but the large is extremely big. Then again, if you're comfortable with the size then that is all that matters. I think that if it were to smoosh down, then it would be more wearable.

Hey, we are the size height and I have the large in the color Luggage and it's doesn't look too big at all, the Medium would definitely be too small. You know you can rock it we have the height. I will email you pics.

This is how I have been feeling about it. I have an RM Nikki hobo that is just as big, but it doesn't look like it because it smooshs. Obviously a hobo won't do that.

I really wish they made one Hamilton that was in between the large & medium size. Oh well.
