Reveal of Troupe Crossbody

I saw this bag online and had to make the hour drive to see it in person. It was not an easy decision because I was going to have to downsize some of my SLGs that I carry. I had a moment of doubt and actually bought the black Parker with rivets and same leather weaved strap but quickly brought it back and exchanged for the Troupe. I knew what my heart wanted. I wanted the thick, pebbled leather, contrast stitching, and that gorgeous strap. I was able to easily turn this into a daily bag for me instead of just special occasion by doing some creative downsizing.

I also have Tabby 26 in Oxblood and I feel that the Troupe CB holds more than the Tabby 26 but it's closely comparable. If Coach would add an inch or two to the Troupes length and height I would be first in line to buy it also.

It's deceiving! It had me fooled at first too. I walked away from it because I was afraid it was too small. The sides expand just enough.

They did. I saw it yesterday. It's nice but it's not 1941 pebbled leather. Its thinish but I think it will wear well. The Parker doesn't work for me so I didn't spend too much time with it.

Congrats! It's a beautiful bag! I would buy it if it were an inch or 2 longer and taller. Maybe something between this and the Parker's size. I love this Troupe but not the Parker, I've tried on the Parker a few times but I just feel it is not for me. And I love the antique gold hardware of the troupe instead of the shiny gold hardware on the Parker. Love the lock of the Troupe!!
