Reveal: My very first Balenciaga bag!

I had a great opportunity fall into my lap, a friend gave me this to sell for them on eBay, and I couldn't sell it! So hubby bought it for me for mother's day! I am not sure what type it is, as it doesn't look like the ones you normally see - but the purple is so bright and beautiful and I couldn't pass this upl! Best part, it was only $300

thank you! I did some research and I believe it is called the Giant Metro bag. It sat in our friend's closet for a few years, (he said he purchased it in early 2010 for his fiance, but she wasn't a fan). That may be why it's not recognizable. I have received quite a few compliments already for it! It is not the bag I always imagined I would have from Balenciaga, but I am growing more fond of it every day
