Here is how my love story goes...
After dating for about 1.5 years, I was posted to a different country to work for about 6 months. My then-BF caught a 1.5 hour flight and get stuck in bad traffic for 3 hours, every Friday night, simply to spend the weekend with me.
Finally... at the end of my 6 months assignment, I get to go home!!! He picked me up in the airport, standing, smiling. On the way back, we were complaining about work (as usual). Nothing suspicious at all.
When he opened our apartment door, I saw a white Christmas Tree, with a banner saying "Marry Me". That's when I realized that he is proposing! He took out a blue box, got down on his knees and asked me to marry him. My tears keep flowing as I nodded my head to say yes.
And now... I am ready to reveal my E-Ring...
