Reveal....my new to me Bal gets a makeover.

Presenting my new to me S/S 2006 Balenciaga City in Emerald Chevre.
She came from a much loved home, much used and much faded.
Hopefully you can tell from the photos how a little conditioner can do wonders for leather.
I love her colour and Im now a convert to chevre....such gorgeous leather.

Usingthe Leather CPR Cleaner and Conditioner that I use for my vintage Coach rehabs, I gave her an all over clean and she sucked up so much conditioner she was so dry.

Her are some befores and afters.
I tried so hard to get good comparison photos but the lighting even this bright morning just did not show up her colouring.

Im moving into her today.

Wow this looks amazing!!! Such a nice colour. Good as new. I've never used a leather conditioner before does it take a while to soak in? Is the bag at all greasy or anything?

Not greasy but this bag took about 3 applications and it looks wet and dark...but the conditioner soaked in very quickly and dried fast.
I think it could do with a few more applications at a later stage.

Still got some conditioning to do. Might do a couple more coats later down the track. She was so dry.
