Since I have not seen the small bags / accessories revealed yet, I want to share my Massaccesi Phoebe and Flora that arrived yesterday...

I love the Phoebe in lead Africa leather....the texture on this leather is amazing and the bag is simple, yet elegant. Magnetic flap closure, your choice of wristlets strap or long chain strap...interior has 3 credit card slots and a fabric pocket behind those. Will be a perfect casual run around bag, or date night, use in another handbag, or in my case, toss into a diaper bag.

Meet Miss Flora....I ordered this in the standard pebbled taupe leather....silver hardware. Zipper closure, interior is the same as Phoebe with 3 credit card slots, a pocket behind that. It has a leather wristlet strap and a long chain strap.

Love them! This is so exciting ... our first photos of these two little gems. I'm expecting two of the Flora's which I am hoping to use as little pouches to carry miscellaneous stuff in my bag.. seeing the size comparison, I think that should work.

Do you have a favourite out of the two?

I actually really like both of them....but Flora is probably the one I would order a second of. I adore the Phoebe but I like the zip closure on Flora. I will say the chain was a bit hard for me to attach on the Flora due to the zipper...since I intend to mainly use it with the chain, I am leaving it on....I am sure it was just me...I am not good with clasps.

If I am going to use either as a clutch though, it would be Phoebe....and I adore the lead leather! So I guess my answer is there is a place for both!

Hi. Can you wear them as a cross body bag? Are they too small or the straps are too short? I am looking for a small bag that I could wear cross body. I really love the Massaccesi bags. Thank you.

Odebdo your bags are gorgeous. As you know I love love love the Aphrodite style and yours is stunning. I am pleased to see your Phoebe and Flora they are great bags. I am getting a Phoebe having seen yours.

I will try to post mod shots tonight or tomorrow....was still in my Jammie's when I took these. I am 5'4 and not a skinny Minnie and I can wear them cross body.

Oh odebs! I just LOVE these beauties! The texture on these Africa leather makes me swoon! And of course you already know my love for these Massaccesi Pebbled leathers, especially the Taupe which was my first. :love:

I just love these bags they are just amazing I just keep coming back to your post to gaze at these lovelies.

Quick question for you I am thinking another Phoebe or Flora not sure which one but I am going with the taupe. I do want to use it as a little clutch and bag so the question is would you go Phoebe or Flora?

I have not used either... But to me...Phoebe lends herself more to a clutch purpose IMO with the flap closure. She just looks more like a clutch. Flora, to me at least, much more cross body bag or pouch for another bag...whereas Phoebe I see more as a clutch, cross body bag. Not sure but I could see the magnetic flap maybe getting hung up on other items if used inside a bag frequently.

I need to feed babies, lunch, and go for a run... Then will shower and get dressed and hopefully have DH take some modeling shots of both.
