It can be a lovely slouchy bag, but if you prefer it hold its shape while carrying it, try a purse organizer inside. That's the way I use mine. I love the shape of the bag and want it to stay that shape when I am using it.

thanks for the info! I stuffed this bag right now full of clothing to get it to keep its shape.. will consider a purse organizer!! ^^
