REVEAL: Louis Vuitton Business Card Holder Empreinte Cherry (with defect)

I purchased this last week and it arrived today. I was so excited and couldn't wait to get it but it disappointingly came with a defect so I am sending it back. They couldn't schedule collection for tomorrow so it's getting collected on Thursday.

In case it's not obvious, it's the leather around the front button - clearly damaged/ripped

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get a replacement?

It is very disappointing. My first ever empreinte piece and it arrived with a defect...

I really hope the replacement it better and a new one. I think they might have sent me a returned (and damaged) item.

Congrats on your new piece! I think i saw your video on YouTube and it is lovely. I plan to use the BCH as a small wallet - CCs and bills and a cles for my coins and keys if any. I have my mind made up on the cherry! Its so pretty! How are you liking it and how is it wearing? This is my first empreinte piece and i'm a little scared to take the plunge. Do you still recommend it and love it as much?
