What do you guys think about these revamped “vintage” Louis’ from Vintage Boho? Real or fake?

Seeing these pictures make me think the straps have dried out worn leather that will eventually crack or fall apart. The leather on well used LV bags can get dehydrated and rot out. I have seen this on many bags from ebay japan sellers. But it can be fun to buy a cheaper bag and repurpose it into something different.
