Returns to Gucci.com UK

Hi, I’m just after a bit of help and advise, has anyone returned anything to the U.K. website, do you have to arrange the UPS collection yourself? I’ve got the paperwork but the information on that or website isn’t very clear.

I've been very lucky, I've bought all sorts of things, even footwear when no stores had my size left but I've never had to do a return yet.

I ordered two bags to pick which one I wanted so one has to go back unfortunately
All it says on the how do I return an item page is
Please use the free return label provided with each shipment to return your purchase.
I’ve got the label, it’s a UPS label similar to the delivery one, I’m assuming I just go on their website and arrange to have it collected, it’s not very clear.

I’ve spent the last hour trying to sort out the return, every form I completed it tried to charge me for the delivery. I’ve finally found an email so I’ve asked for some help.
