Returning Sale items...

Has anyone that returned anything had confirmation from Mulberry yet? My bag should have got there today so hopefully I'll hear something tomorrow or I don't suppose it will be until Monday......just thinking about my refund!

I think it might take a while as a number of us and more will have returned items so there might be a backlog!

I will be returning mine as it came with marks/stains on the suede

Mine had marks on the leather as well. I'm going to email them about it as I still want the bag... just a nice clean one.

Yes I imagine they are busy but you would think they might have somebody just dealing with returns!

I've just had an email from M to say that they have received my bag and the funds will be in my account in the next 72 hours, yay!

In case anyone is interested I am returning an oak cookie bays tomorrow via ups. They sold out pretty quickly so someone might be keen to have it. It is perfect but the leather wasn't my cup of tea.

I sent back a black cookie lily to Harrods today. There's nothing wrong with it but I managed to get it cheaper from mytheresa

Still not heard anything. Emailed yesterday morning but they haven't replied as yet.

Just had a response from customer services that my refund has gone through but no official confirmation yet.
